About the model

This 3D model was created as a teaching tool to support students learning the complex anatomy of the laryngeal cartilage. Inspired by my own challenges during anatomy coursework, the model highlights key structures of the larynx, including the cricoid, hyoid, and arytenoid cartilages, along with their associated ligaments. It’s meant to offer a clear, approachable view of a region that can be especially tricky to visualize in two dimensions. The model may be adapted for future use in interactive learning environments.
